The Dero Bike Hitch Bike Rack features a heavy-duty 2" diameter steel tube post with fully-welded 1.5" diameter locking ring. The all-welded construction makes it impossible to dismantle and the predrilled holes in the base plate allows for easy surface mounting to concrete surfaces.
